Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services was founded by Mr. Jason Heinen in the Philippines and offers a wide range of services in the areas of project development, project financing, HR outsourcing, executive search as well as IT and AI applications.

Our team consists of experienced consultants and managing directors with many years of expertise. First and foremost is our founder Mr. Jason Heinen, who has over 25 years of experience in top management consulting and project development.

Ms. Rushiell Ann Santoyo is an experienced executive search executive and consultant. She was elected as a member of the RAL quality committee for ethically fair recruitment of foreign nursing staff to Germany.
