As an independent mediator between client and contractor, we see ourselves as mediators in the event of discrepancies or conflicts. Our goal is to bring about a fair and amicable solution to ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved.

 

We also take complaints about our own service seriously. We are open to constructive criticism and see it as an opportunity to improve. Any complaint submitted will be dealt with promptly and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
