Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides private German language training and career consultancy services for individuals seeking opportunities in Germany.

Our services include:

  • Online German language training (A1–B2)

  • Career coaching and guidance

  • Interview preparation

  • General information about working and living in Germany

We are not a formal educational institution and do not provide official certification.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment or job placement in Germany

  • Visa approval or migration success

  • Passing of language examinations

Success depends on individual performance, external institutions, and regulatory authorities.

3. Certification Disclaimer

Participants must obtain official language certificates independently through authorized providers such as:

  • Goethe-Institut

  • TELC

All examination fees are paid directly to these institutions.

​

4. Enrollment and Participation

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal information.

  • Access to training materials is granted for enrolled participants only and must not be shared.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are charged per level or package as published on our website.

  • Payments are non-transferable.

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable once the training has started.

  • Refund requests before program start may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Administrative or transaction fees may apply.

7. Program Access and Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Attend sessions respectfully and professionally

  • Not record, distribute, or resell training content

  • Follow instructions from trainers and consultants

We reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, and content provided during the program remain the intellectual property of Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Consultancy Disclaimer

Our consultancy services provide guidance only.
We are not a licensed recruitment agency and do not act as an employer or visa sponsor.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues outside our control (internet disruptions, platform outages)
