The German Excellence Alliance (GEA) is an independent international quality alliance that brings together companies, educational institutions, authorities, language schools, consulting firms and recruitment partners to set new standards in international talent acquisition and integration.

The idea behind the Alliance
The German Excellence Alliance was developed and launched by Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services (JHMCS).
As an internationally active management and HR consulting company with a focus on strategic consulting, compliance, visa and recognition processes as well as organizational development, JHMCS recognized the growing need for an independent quality platform that unites trusted partners under common standards.
This vision gave rise to the German Excellence Alliance – with the goal of building a community of responsible organizations that not only understand excellence as a promise of quality, but live it every day.
