Jason Heinen is CEO and founder of Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services (JHMCS). Born in the Philippines and raised in Germany and Switzerland, he combines a rare blend of international experience, a medical background, and strategic leadership skills. He studied nursing in Germany and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, clinical teaching, project management, top management consulting, and public speaking.
Prior to the founding of JHMCS, Mr. Heinen was elected for over eight years to the Supervisory Board of the University Hospital Zurich (Switzerland) and the Malteser Hospital St. Hildegardis in Cologne (Germany), where he represented the interests of employees in public and private healthcare institutions.
As a recognized expert in international skilled worker immigration and strategic HR processes, he has been quoted and interviewed in numerous well-known German newspapers and magazines. He was also a guest on the renowned Philippine news program ANC Market Place, one of the country's most widely read business and information channels, where he spoke about the challenges, opportunities, and international standards of skilled worker recruitment.
With his extensive expertise, Mr. Heinen supports organizations worldwide in designing complex HR, migration, and recognition processes in a fair, legally compliant, and efficient manner. His focus is on ethical, independent, and sustainable consulting that empowers companies, professionals, and international partners alike.
