1. General Policy

Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services provides private German language training and consultancy services. Due to the nature of digital services and allocated training slots, all payments are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Payments are non-refundable once the training program has started.

• This includes access to:

  • Live online sessions

  • Recorded materials

  • Coaching or consultancy sessions

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they are reserving a limited training slot.

3. Refund Before Program Start

• Refund requests before the official program start date may be considered.

• Approved refunds may be subject to:

  • Administrative fee (up to 20%)

  • Payment processing fees (GCash, bank, Wise, etc.)

Refund approval is at the discretion of management.

4. Missed Classes / Non-Attendance

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Late attendance

  • Failure to complete the program

Participants are encouraged to use recorded sessions for review.

5. Program Cancellation by Provider

If Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services cancels a program:

• Participants may choose:

  • Full refund, or

  • Transfer to a future batch

​

6. Rescheduling & Transfers

• Enrollment may be transferred to another batch once, subject to availability.

• Requests must be made before the course start date.

​

7. Special Programs

• Discounted programs (e.g., Sisters of Mary) are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

• Free training programs (e.g., Saisy Germany contract holders):

  • Have no refundable value

8. Consultancy Services

• Fees paid for consultancy sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

9. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Refunds will not be granted based on:

• Failure to pass exams

• Visa rejection

• Job application outcomes

These depend on external institutions and individual performance.

10. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
