JHMCS Takes Over German Language Training – Introducing Deutsch by JHMCS

A New Chapter for Accessible German Language Education and International Career Preparation

JHMCS is pleased to announce the transition of the German Language Training Program previously operated and fully subsidized by Saisy Germany. Effective August 28, 2026, the program is now operated by JHMCS under the new service name:

Deutsch by JHMCS

With this transition, JHMCS continues to provide structured, accessible and career-oriented German language training for candidates preparing for professional opportunities, vocational training and life in Germany.

From Fully Subsidized Training to an Accessible Program

Previously, Saisy Germany was able to fully subsidize the German language training, including for candidates who had not yet secured an employment contract with a German employer.

Due to current funding limitations, Saisy Germany is no longer able to finance the complete language training for all candidates on a permanent basis.

To ensure that German language education remains accessible, JHMCS is now offering the program at an affordable rate of PHP 3,500 per language level.

The official launch of the new paid program will take place on:

The new program begins with a German A1 course.

Professional German Language Training Based on the GER

Deutsch by JHMCS provides German language training based on the Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen (GER/CEFR).

The program is designed to combine structured learning with practical application and examination preparation.

The training includes:

• Live German classes from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30 PM

• Live instruction with qualified and experienced German language tutors

• AI-supported instructional videos

• Interactive quizzes

• Exercises and learning activities

• Mock examinations

• Structured progression through the German language levels

• Preparation for internationally recognized language examinations

• Personal consultation regarding different pathways to Germany

• Additional individual consultation and guidance related to career and Germany-related processes

The combination of live instruction, digital learning materials, AI-supported content and practical exercises is designed to give candidates a comprehensive learning experience rather than relying exclusively on classroom teaching.

Special Continuation Offer for Existing Candidates

JHMCS understands that many candidates have already invested significant time and effort in their German language education under the previous program.

Therefore, existing candidates have received an addendum and continuation offer to enable them to continue their language training with Deutsch by JHMCS.

For these existing candidates, JHMCS is offering a special 50% discounted transition rate of PHP 1,750 per language level.

This special rate is intended to make the transition as smooth and affordable as possible while allowing candidates to continue their established learning pathway.

Voucher Scholarship Program for Candidates with German Employment Contracts

JHMCS, together with its program partners such as Saisy Germany, is also establishing a Voucher Scholarship Program.

The program is particularly intended for candidates who already have an existing working or employment contract with a German employer organized by Saisy Germany and it´s DMW Licensed Program Partner Skilled Management Corporation.

Eligible scholarship candidates may receive:

✓ German language training free of charge

✓ Professional language instruction

✓ Continued preparation for the required language level

✓ One-time examination fee coverage for the applicable examination at Goethe-Institut Manila or an eligible telc examination center

The scholarship program is intended to provide additional support to candidates who have already secured an employment opportunity in Germany and need to complete their language requirements.

Scholarship availability is subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and available vouchers.

What Happens to the Existing Google Classrooms?

As part of the transition, the existing Google Classroom learning environment will continue to operate under the current Saisy-Academy.com domain for the time being.

Candidates therefore do not need to be concerned if they continue to see the Saisy Academy domain within their existing Google Classroom environment.

The domain and/or platform name may be renamed or transitioned during 2027 as the new Deutsch by JHMCSstructure is further developed.

Further information will be provided to candidates in advance should any changes to the learning platform take place.
