Successful DMW Accreditations for German Employers – Strengthening Safe and Professional Recruitment to Germany

Why is DMW Accreditation Important?

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is the Philippine government authority responsible for regulating and overseeing the overseas employment of Filipino workers.

For the proper and regulated recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers to foreign employers, the required employer documentation, employment conditions and recruitment arrangements must undergo the applicable DMW processes.

The accreditation and Job Order process therefore plays an important role in ensuring that:

• the foreign employer is properly identified and documented;

• employment contracts and conditions comply with applicable requirements;
