We are very pleased with the successful cooperation with our program partner Saisy Germany & Skilled Management Corporation and the progress achieved so far in supporting the accreditation of German employers with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) in the Philippines.
Together, we have already successfully processed the application documents of 15 German employers and supported them throughout their DMW accreditation process.
The results are a strong milestone:
567 Approved Job Orders
To date, 567 Job Orders have been approved for qualified Filipino workers in several professional fields, including:
Nurses and Healthcare Professionals
Medical Technological/Technical Assistants
Housekeepers
Physiotherapists
In addition, accreditation procedures are currently in progress for German employers seeking qualified Filipino professionals in areas such as:
Chefs
Electrical Technicians
Truck Drivers
Why is DMW Accreditation Important?
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) is the Philippine government authority responsible for regulating and overseeing the overseas employment of Filipino workers.
For the proper and regulated recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers to foreign employers, the required employer documentation, employment conditions and recruitment arrangements must undergo the applicable DMW processes.
The accreditation and Job Order process therefore plays an important role in ensuring that:
the foreign employer is properly identified and documented;
employment opportunities are legitimate and properly documented;
employment contracts and conditions comply with applicable requirements;
Filipino workers receive appropriate protection throughout the recruitment and deployment process; and
overseas employment is conducted through a regulated and transparent framework.
For German employers, completing the DMW accreditation process is therefore an essential step toward legally and properly recruiting Filipino workers for employment in Germany.
Experience in DMW Accreditation
Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services has many years of experience in preparing and supporting DMW accreditation processes for German employers.
We understand that the process can involve extensive documentation, coordination and communication between German employers, Philippine recruitment partners and the relevant authorities.
Our role is to help structure and coordinate the process, support the preparation and review of the required documentation, and accompany the employer and its recruitment partners throughout the accreditation procedure.
Our experience with German employers and our cooperation with established Philippine program partners allow us to build a structured bridge between German companies seeking qualified professionals and the Philippine overseas employment system.
Now Open to Additional Recruitment Partnerships
With the growing demand for qualified Filipino professionals in Germany, Jason-Heinen Management Consultancy Services is also open to cooperation with additional recruitment agencies and organizations whose German employer clients require DMW accreditation.
We can support partner agencies and their German employers with the preparation, coordination and overall process management of DMW accreditation, helping ensure that the required steps are handled in an organized and professional manner.
Our vision is simple:
German Employers + Professional Recruitment Partners + DMW-Compliant Processes = Sustainable International Recruitment
We are proud of the progress achieved together with Saisy Germany & Skilled Management Corporation and look forward to expanding our network of trusted partners.
Our goal is to create professional, transparent and sustainable pathways for qualified Filipino professionals to build their careers in Germany, while helping German employers access the international talent they need.
